If someone had told me a decade ago that I'd be writing about sunrise hikes in Bali and secret cafés in Paris, I might not have believed them. But here we are, and I couldn't be happier about the journey.

I've spent 15+ years in communications and public relations, working with major brands and media outlets to tell compelling stories. I've managed crisis communications, launched national campaigns, and secured exclusive coverage for some of the biggest events in the industry. I've learned what makes a story resonate, what captures attention, and how to communicate with authenticity.

When I started traveling more intentionally, I realized I wanted to use those same storytelling skills to share something deeply personal: the transformative power of exploration. Travel has taught me more about myself than any boardroom ever could. It's shown me that the world is both vast and intimate, that strangers can become friends in an instant, and that the best memories often come from the moments we didn't plan.

My Travel Philosophy

I believe travel should be accessible, enjoyable, and meaningful. I'm not about checking off a list or collecting passport stamps just to say I did it. I care about the connections we make, the perspectives we gain, and the memories that stay with us long after we've unpacked our bags.

I also believe in responsible, sustainable travel. I try to support local businesses, respect cultural traditions, and minimize my environmental impact wherever I go. Travel is a privilege, and I don't take that lightly.

Beyond the Blog

When I'm not traveling or writing, you can find me working with brands and organizations on communications strategy, enjoying good food with great company, or planning my next adventure (because there's always a next one).

I partner with travel brands that align with my values and can genuinely help my readers have better experiences.
