All in Food
Zanzibar is located in East Africa, off the coast of Tanzania. Most known for their exotic beaches, clear blue water, and fresh food! I can’t forget to mention they are also known for their spices from all around the world.
For the next 3 weeks, I will be traveling to Zanzibar, Cape Town, and South Johannesburg with a group called Away to Africa.
“The Bay” was a different type of vibe. The people were friendly, the environment felt safe, and it just seemed more relaxed there. As I ventured out to do some exploring at Pier 39 (Fisherman’s Wharf) and China Town, I noticed everyone was so happy. I couldn’t figure out why. Not trying to say that everyone in NYC is mean, BUT we are always in a rush and people tend to walk a little bit slower than we want them to.
