When I realized I had a nine-hour layover in Iceland, I knew I wanted to make the most of it. Rather than sitting at Keflavík International Airport waiting for my connecting flight, I decided to turn my layover into a mini Icelandic adventure, and a visit to the iconic Blue Lagoon was at the top of my list.
